On behalf of the Toronto Triumph Club, I would like to invite you to participate in the 28th Annual British Car Day, taking place Sunday, September 18th, 2011 at Bronte Park.
This year, we have made several changes to the vendor format. Please read this carefully so that you do not miss out on new deadlines or advertising opportunities.

The registration must be received complete with payment, by Wednesday, August 25th, 2011.

The fee for vendor participation is $150 per 20’ X 20’ space, $100 per 10’ X 20’ space and $75 per 10’ X10’ space. This is the same fee as last year. This includes park admission (via the maintenance gate) for a vehicle, trailer and two people. The 10' x 10' sites are spaced throughout the vendor area.

We will also have ‘Porta-Potties’ in the vendor area, designated for vendors only. As in the past, the Toronto Triumph Club will attempt to have food and coffee vendors in the vendor area.

Pre-Registration Vendor Space(s) Please list your choice of Vendor site by Size and Quantity on the next page, after you press submit. Ian Parkhill will contact you by phone or e-mail by August 26th, 2011 to verify your choice. Remember the sites will be first come first served with special preferences given to those who were in attendance last year with early applications received. The layout of the field has not been finalized at this time so there is no layout map. Vendor REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 25 th, 2010
